Recently, I was invited by USANA to attend their Shake It Up Party which was held at USANA Health Sciences Malaysia in Menara Axis, Petaling Jaya. The event was held in conjunction with their latest product, the USANA® MyShake™ Nutritional Drink to promote the importance of a healthy diet for those who lead busy lives and are constantly on the move.

The media was invited to participate in the launch of the MyShake in Malaysia as well as to celebrate their long standing association with USANA Health Sciences. "We at USANA have always prided ourselves for our commitment to promoting health and well-being globally," continues Carolyn Nur Amira Lee. During the event, we get to prepare our own shakes with the USANA® MyShake™ Nutritional Drink product. We used the soy base MyShake™, Mango fruits and Orange Creme flavor optimiser.
My first MyShake™Mango Orange Smoothie. It was simple and fast to prepare. The shake is quite light and refreshing, suitable for those who want to fill up their tummy before a workout.
Since we were divided into 3 groups, we were instructed to create the best customized shake and compete against the rest of the group.
We used pomegranat, strawberry, hazel nuts and mint leaves.
The one on the left belongs to my group and the winner of the contest went to the middle one.
