Chap Goh Mei & Valentine’s Day Dinner at Seasons Café, Grand Seasons Hotel

This coming Chap Goh Mei & Valentine’s Day, Grand Seasons Hotel has something to offer for all the diners out there. If you are looking for a place to feast with your family and friends during Chap Goh Mei or even just a dinner with your love ones this Valentine's Day, Season Café is offering a cosmopolitan mix of mouth-watering culinary together with a wide selection of buffet dishes, a few other dishes were especially prepared by their chefs.


To celebrate Chap Goh Mei, a must-have dish the Salmon Yee Sang is a great starter for this dinner.
Other than that, there's also their signature Wok Fried Prawn with Patong Sauce is a musn’t-missed.

One of their famous dishes include the Deep Fried Home Style Garoupa. It comes with a spicy thai style sauce.

Other dishes especially prepared for this Chap Goh Mei & Valentine’s Day include Grilled Beef Skewer with Teriyaki Sauce, Deep Fried Ningko and Appetizer consisted of Assorted Cold Cut, Smoked Salmon & Seafood Cocktail.

As for appetiser, there's Chinese Cold Cut 4 Types on dragon Stand, Butcher Palate, Seafood Cocktail on Glass, Assorted Maki Roll, Avocado Cheese salad, Smoked Chicken Breast, Herring on Glass, Tomato Kanistick Salad, Bell Pepper Sausage Salad, Potato Mushroom    Vinaigrette, Smoked Salmon with Caper on Spoon, Fresh Seafood on Ice, Sashimi, Sushi Assorted, Jo Ho Char on Local Lettuce.


At the buffet line, I was attracted to this roasted beef. The meat was quite tender and juicy.


At the buffet line, not only Western cuisine and Chinese New Year cuisine are being offered but Malay cuisine such as Curry Ayam Debal, Ikan Tenggiri Asam Manis Berkuah, Rendang Hati Lembu Tok Su and Patelis Terung Seri Rampai are among the dishes there.


Their rendang is one of my favorite dish.

Aside from that, they also have a wide variety of desserts such as Baked Apple Cheese Cake, Mini Pandan Swiss Roll, Sesame Coconut Ball, Mixed Omochi, Assorted French Pastries,
Nyonya Kuih, Kuih Kapeh, Fruits Tartlet, Chinese New Year Goodies, Fresh Slices Fruits,
Variety of Mousse and Jelly in Mini Glass, Mandarin Orange Bread Pudding, Steamed Ningko,
Deep Fried Ningko, Tong Yuen in Syrup
