Transformers 3 : Dark of the Moon Movie Review

I just came back from GSC Mid Valley for the Transformers 3 : Dark of the Moon.

One word to describe about this movie is awesome!

Why awesome? Because of the action, CGI & the robots are damn cool!

What's not awesome? The same old plot and also the chick who played as Carly, Sam's new gf. I really wanted to know why he dumped Mikaela who's played by the hot & sexy Megan Fox.

Here's a short synopsis on the movie:

The Autobots Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide and Sideswipe led by Optimus Prime, are back in action, taking on the evil Decepticons, who are determined to avenge their defeat in 2009s Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. In this new movie, the Autobots and Decepticons become involved in a perilous space race between the U.S. and Russia, and once again human Sam Witwicky has to come to the aid of his robot friends. There's new characters too, including a new villain in the form of Shockwave, a longtime "Transformers" character who rules Cybertron while the Autobots and Decepticons battle it out on Earth.

Megan Fox wannabe. Some reviewers saying that this girl looks like a typical porn star that we can find from the net. LOL


This movie is still about the lack of confident, Sam with his pretty hot girlfriend.


A new villain in the show, Shockwave. He's really strong! The snake thingy was quite cool.

Some gigantic alien ship, but destroyed by some tiny Autobots. Oppssss*

The very brave armies from NEST, they played a very big role this time to save the earth.

I was quite late to the movie so I missed about 10-15 minutes of the show from the beginning.

The Autobots was bait by the Decepticons to bring back Sentinel Prime, the master of Optimus Prime back to earth and to be revived back in order to fight against the Decepticons but the plan backfired when Sentinel Prime has made a deal since the beginning with Megatron to rebuild Cybertron.

The verdicts:
There's a lot to talk about, how the plot get very confusing from time to time and the story line didn't really blend in well with the lack of surprises. The ending is pretty well expected. One thing for sure, Sam just can't stop saying 'OPTIMUS' everytime he appears. That's really annoying.

Totally not worth to watch this movie in 3D, all I see was the subtitle which is nicely being 3D-fied! So I would recommend you all to watch the normal one.

My rating: 7.5/10
