EOS Young Photographer Award Photography Competition‏

Hey guys, if you are reading this and you are Malaysian aged 13 to 25, you should try your luck and participate in this EOS Young Photographer Award Photography Competition‏.

Enter the EOS Young Photographer Award contest organized by National Geographic Channel and Canon and become the EOS Young Photographer of the year! The contest, themed “A Celebration of Colour” is free to enter and is open to all aspiring young photographers in Malaysia, aged 13 to 25.

The aim of this inaugural initiative is to inspire youth across Asia to take interest in the creative art and science of photography, with both organizations seeking to encourage the young generation to discover and pursue their passion in photography.

Apart from being presented with the coveted award and a Canon EOS 60D DSLR camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens, the grand prize winner will also receive a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend an all-expenses paid trip to attend a National Geographic Expeditions Photography Workshop in the United States! Other awards include the Grand Voters Choice Award as well as Bi-Weekly Voter’s Choice Award.

In addition to the grand prize, highly attractive prizes will also be awarded to the 1st and 2nd runner-up. They include a Canon EOS 650D digital SLR camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens for the 1st runner-up and a Canon EOS 1100D digital SLR camera with an 18-55mm IS II lens for the 2nd runner-up.
Other prizes include the Grand Voters Choice Award and bi-weekly color-themed sub prizes.
