Iskandar Malaysia (IM), formerly known as Iskandar Development Region (IDR) and South Johor Economic Region (SJER) is the main southern development corridor in Johor, Malaysia. The Iskandar Malaysia was established on 30 July 2006. As we can see, many foreign countries have already actively investing in various sectors of Iskandar Malaysia especially Singapore, which is just a short distance away. Also there's a huge increase of growth in tourism especially in Nusajaya with its three theme parks which are located within this zone including, Legoland Malaysia, Puteri Harbour Family Theme Park that include Hello Kitty Town (1st outside Japan), Little Big Club & Lat's Place.

It's definitely the best time to start investing in property or even just to get a place of our own with the growth in economy that will benefit the people with more jobs, higher income and more facilities.
