I was invited to Porcélene for their Grand Opening Media Launch earlier this month. Porcélene located in Empire Gallery, Damansara Perdana is committed to raise the bar in regards to the level of sublime gastronomical satisfaction and live music entertainment value.
Their goals in the Asian-European Fusion menu is to introduce a fun and flavourful menu that is acceptable to the local and a visiting foreigner’s palate. They challenge themselves daily to find that perfect balance in taste with twisted version of classic dishes. They strive for originality and ensure that our kitchen team uses fresh and unique ingredients whenever they can. You can always expect a wholesome and eye opening meals at Porcélene, especially when you are adventurous with your palate.
Entering Porcélene, I was quite amazed with the interior. It's cozy, warm and unique especially on the wall painting with the jazz instruments.
This is Malaysia's first Acid Jazz Bar & Restaurant!

A short and simple VIP Speech. After the speech, all the guest were headed to ground floor for some scrumptious buffet dinner.
The food served that night were:-
PREMIUM BEEF STRIP ASPARAGUS, PREMIUM BEEF STRIP ASPARAGUS, CAJUN CUTLETS, SIGNATURE AGLIO OLIO DI NERO, SAUTEED ROASTED POTATO, NYC SHORT RIBS, ROMAN SALMON ROAST, PAELLA DE EL SUBMARINO AMARILLO and MINI TARTLETS SERVED IN CUPS.
Through out the night, we get to enjoy glasses of wine while having our dinner.
After dinner, we were requested to go back up to Acid Jazz Bar for lucky draw session and live band performance. One of the lucky draw prize is Lavina Wines from McLaren Vale on South Australia.
