Santapan Kampung Tradisi Ramadhan Buffet at Enak KL

I was invited to the exclusive food tasting and specialty dish preview at Enak KL for the Ramadhan buffet late last month. Enak KL serves the most traditional of Malay cuisine and features recipes dating back four generations.

One of my favorite dish – Kerabu Ikan Pari

There's no reason to miss out having traditional Malay cuisine during the month of Ramadhan and through out the raya season. Opened since 2005, Enak KL which is strategically located in Starhill Gallery, earns the title for being one of the most affordable Ramadhan buffet in KL with the wide food variety which is being offered.

From speaking with the owner of Enak KL, most of the traditional Malay recipes are passed down from a few generations and originated from Muar, Johor,

Ayam percik, a dish that is well known among Malaysians

I was slightly late to the food tasting and so I didn't manage to get some nice shots of a few of the dishes but I am posting up some of the photos sent from the PR below:-

What's a buffet without desserts for some sweet endings?







I absolutely love the pisang caramel. The sweet and bitterness of the caramel really compliment well with the bananas. Overall, the food was great and the best thing is that all the dishes are MSG free!
