Recently, I have tried the hotpot delivery from 大龍燚火锅 Da Long Yi Hotpot. It was my first time experiencing the whole delivery process from a restaurant to my home and I would say that I was pleasantly surprised with their service.
For those who may not familiar with 大龍燚火锅 Da Long Yi Hotpot, they are an authentic Sichuan Style Hotpot from Chengdu with over 300 outlets worldwide and their very first outlet in Malaysia is located in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya. Their second and third outlet will be opening soon in Johor and Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.
Without further ado, here are some of the ingredients and soup base that they have to offer.
No pot? No induction cooker? You can just rent them for FREE with a RM250 deposit (refundable upon return). Isn’t that great?
Three soup bases (before adding water); Male Spicy, Winter Melon Chicken and Mushroom.
The ingredients were pretty fresh and some of the ingredients are not those that we can easily find in our local supermarkets. My favourite soup base is the Winter Melon Chicken and for those who can eat really spicy food, do try out their Signature Mala Spicy Soup!
Variety of vegetables and noodles.
Prawn and fish slices.
Any meat lovers out there?
Crayfish!
Yummy crayfish which changed into bright red colour when it's cooked!
In their outlet, they have 2 type of rooms available (Small room: 6-8ppl ; Big Room: 10ppl). Other that hotpot cuisine, we can also purchase instant hotpot, signature tea and many more. They are quite well known for their Mala soup base and the ingredients are mostly imported directly from China. If you have the opportunity to try their food, you must also try the Harbin beer which quite hard to find it elsewhere.

ReplyDeleteBusinesses are getting more and more creative with their services now due to MCO. It's super convenient, I felt like I was eating in their restaurant with such a huge pot!
