Following the relaxation of movement restrictions in the state of Johor, Adventure Waterpark Desaru Coast will be reopening its gates to welcome guests from 11 March 2021. Residents and visitors to Malaysia’s southern region can look forward to exciting “spills and thrills” at one of the biggest waterparks in the world, sprawling over 25 acres and featuring a unique mix of more than 20 wet and dry rides, slides and attractions.
To entice visitors, Adventure Waterpark has introduced the “Fun in the Sun” reopening offer, where one-day ticket prices are slashed to an incredibly low price of RM50 across the board for children, adults and senior citizens! But those wanting to avail themselves to this limited-time offer will have to book their tickets soon, as this first-of-its-kind promotional rate will only apply till 9 May 2021. However, once purchased, the tickets will be valid for a one-time entry until 31 December 2021. This promotional rate is valid for walk-in visitors, as well as purchases via desarucoast.com.
Besides enjoying the incredibly low entry price into Adventure Waterpark, visitors taking advantage of the “Fun in the Sun” promotion are in for another amazing treat – they will be able to purchase advance tickets for their next visit at an even lower price of RM25 for a single ticket, RM40 for two tickets and RM50 for three tickets. Best of all, these advance purchase tickets are redeemable till the end of 2021. To make use of this offer, visitors to Adventure Waterpark will have to purchase their advance tickets for the next visit before leaving the park.

To ensure the safety and protection of all visitors, Adventure Waterpark will put into effect strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for all visitors and employees, to ensure everyone’s safety and wellbeing.

Among the security measures set in place, which are aligned to regulations by Malaysia’s National Security Council (NSC), are stringent entry protocol for visitors while social distancing regulations will also be enforced. Stringent emergency protocols will also be put into effect, while park ambassadors will be situated around the park to assist guests.
Other measures which have been put into place include the sanitisation of the park’s attractions and facilities at periodic intervals; strategic placing of hand sanitisers throughout the park; controlled capacity and sanitisation of showers and lockers; closing of fitting rooms in retail stores; stringent guidelines for handling and serving of food and beverage; and temperature checks for all employees and visitors. Adventure Waterpark also encourages guests to use electronic payments and e-wallets when making purchases within the park.
