Reset Your Travel Expectations with Tourism Selangor’s “Pusing Selangor Dulu Travel Fair” & “Jelajah Pusing Selangor Dulu 2022”

Hey guys, I know a lot of you are eager to travel again especially to oversea but with the current pandemic situation of the newest Omicron Covid-19 variant, perhaps we should consider travelling locally. Some of us, including myself have not explored all the places of interest within Selangor. Having said that, Tourism Selangor has recently organized the Pusing Selangor Dulu Travel Fair from 3rd until 5th Dec 2021 at Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya to revitalise our domestic tourism.

Tourism Selangor’s 3-day Travel Fair aimed to encourage and reignite domestic tourism that saw thousands of visitors who took the opportunity to grab the attractive travel packages.

The Pusing Selangor Dulu Travel Fair and Jelajah Pusing Selangor Dulu 2022, was successfully launched on the 4th of Dec, presided by Y.B. Tuan Hee Loy Sian, Selangor State’s Executive Council Member of Tourism and Environment. Tourism Selangor will embark to other Malaysian States next year with Jelajah Pusing Selangor Dulu 2022, as part of the promotional initiatives of the “Pusing Selangor Dulu” Domestic Tourism Campaign by Tourism Selangor.

"In 2019, Selangor managed to attract a staggering 30 million tourists, which certainly imposed a positive impact on the state's economy, particularly its tourism industry," said Y.B. Tuan Hee Loy Sian. "The Pusing Selangor Dulu Travel Fair is among our many initiatives planned to revamp those numbers in this pandemic era."

Below are some photos of the exhibitors and promotions that offers attractive packages for the visitors during the 3-day travel fair.

On the first day of the fair, visitors were also able to catch a presentation by Moovby and a speech by their Chief Executive Officer, Encik Nik Muhammad Amin, followed by launch of Travelution Magazine Special Tourism Selangor’s Edition, officiated by Mr. Azrul Shah Mohamad, Chief Executive Officer of Tourism Selangor. Many of the attendees enjoyed lucky draw sessions, a cultural performance by JKKN, as well as a canting batik demonstration.
