The end of 2022 is fast approaching and the much-awaited festive season of Christmas and Year- End celebration is about to make its grand appearance. Not long ago, I was at Dorsett Kuala Lumpur for a preview of the Christmas and New Year offerings.
As travel restriction is being lifted in most countries, some of us can’t wait to travel again. For those who are unable to travel, ‘fret not as our team of chefs are all set to take you on a gastronomic journey around the world with their Around The World in 80 Minutes tantalising buffet spread.

Cold and cheese platter anyone?
Whether you are looking for a Swiss indulgence, the freshest of greens from the Vietnamese garden, soul warming soup from the Land of The Rising Sun to a marvellous selection of hot entrees from around the globe, the must-have wantan noodles from Hong Kong to of course, what else but pastas and more from Italy; not forgetting mouth-watering sinfully rich traditional festive cakes and sweets.

Dorsett KL’s Around The World in 80 Minutes buffet is available on Christmas Eve at Checkers Café from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm at RM138 nett for Adults and 30% off Children (4 to 11 years old) and Senior Citizens (60 years old and above). The evening will be made the merrier with Ezri & Co entertaining the whole night through with some of the best Christmas songs and latest hits.
Can’t make it for Christmas Eve? No worries as Around The World in 80 Minutes buffet is also available on New Year’s Eve from 6.30 pm to 12 midnight at RM158 nett for Adults and 30% of for children and senior citizens. Price includes 1st drink at Windows Lounge (soft drink, beer or wine) and countdown with Monocort.
