My blog has been alive for over a decade and my food review journey too has followed me for a very long time. Hence, it has always been a concern to me that I will overeat during food reviews which caused me from having stomach indigestion and and weight gain.
As I'm suffering from indigestion, it is very annoying to feel uncomfortable from time to time.
I felt uncomfortably full after my meal and I thought that I just need to visit the toilet after to feel better but that's not the case. I've tried detoxing by drinking fruit juices but it did not help at all.
