Amazfit Bip 6 Smart Watch is now in Malaysia at RM379

The 2023 Bip 5's replacement, the Bip 6, has finally been released into the Malaysian market by Amazfit. Longer battery life and, for the first time in the series, an AMOLED display are two notable enhancements of the new smartwatch.

I had the Bip 1 for longest time and I absolutely loved the low powered TFT display but now it's the 6th generation so let's take a look what's they're offering.

A 1.97-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 450 x 390 pixels, a maximum brightness of 2,000 nits, tempered glass, and an anti-fingerprint coating are all included with the Bip 6. The case itself is plastic with two navigation buttons on the side, and the frame is composed of an aluminium alloy. It also has speakers for Bluetooth phone calls and an integrated microphone.

The new wristwatch has an on-device GPS with offline maps and five satellite positioning systems, as well as five ATM water resistance, which allows it to be worn while swimming. The gadget contains sensors to monitor your blood oxygen saturation levels, pulse rate, and more, and it supports more than 140 sports activities.

With normal use, the Bip 6's battery may last up to 14 days; when GPS is turned on, it can last up to 32 hours; however, battery saver mode can increase that to an incredible 26 days. In terms of software, it comes with Zepp OS 4.5, which is brimming with OpenAI-powered AI features.

The Bip 6 is available in three different colours and retails for RM379, respectively. It is offered for sale at a discounted price of RM359 on the brand's Shopee and Lazada websites.
