If you have been following my blog for a long period of time, I am sure that you already know that I huge fan of LEGO and I even have my own LEGO dedicated Instagram account. Since there's a LEGO event at Pavilion KL a few days ago, I wouldn't want to miss it.
A larger-than-life interpretation of the 21353 LEGO® Ideas The Botanical Garden set blooms in the heart of Kuala Lumpur
The LEGO Group has unveiled Asia’s first LEGO Botanical Glasshouse at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, inviting fans to step into a breathtaking garden where creativity and nature intertwine. Walking into a glasshouse filled with romantic-hued flowers can feel whimsical, but stepping into the LEGO Botanical Garden, inspired by the 21353 LEGO® Ideas The Botanical Garden set, is an experience like no other.
Blooming in the heart of the city, The LEGO Group introduces an immersive, interactive installation that goes beyond a visual spectacle. From 15 to 26 October, fans can explore the exclusive LEGO Botanicals pop-up at Centre Court, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, specially built to mimic a fairytale garden that blooms every day.
Aimed at inspiring shoppers with the creativity and charm of the LEGO® Botanicals collection, the pop-up beneath the Spanish Steps invites anthophiles to wander through an enchanting glasshouse filled with delicate, brick-built blooms. Each corner of the LEGO Botanical Garden is thoughtfully curated to evoke wonder and appreciation for life’s simple beauty.
With the theme “Awaken Your Joy”, the LEGO Botanical Glasshouse nestled in the heart of a bustling city invites visitors, especially adults tired from their daily routines, to pause, unwind, and reconnect with their senses. Photography enthusiasts and shoppers alike will be captivated by the spectacular installation. Beginning at the entrance, visitors cross a charming bridge that leads to a magnificent pink rose sculpture, an impressive 3D build made entirely from LEGO bricks. They can then explore the tranquil LEGO Bonsai Garden, where fan-built bonsai creations line the walls in a serene showcase of artistry.
Visitors are also welcome to strike a pose on a beautifully decorated floral throne or capture joyful moments at the “JOY” photo corner, surrounded by vivid blooms of LEGO flowers. Completing the experience are a mesmerising LEGO Fountain and an intricate LEGO Diorama Display, all lovingly built by members of the local LEGO fan community. To take home a piece ofthe floral magic, visitors can join hands-on floral workshops to craft hand-built gifts for loved ones.
