Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur marks Mother’s Day with a series of dining experiences across the hotel, accompanied by a limited retail selection. At Park Lounge, Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea will be served from 8 to 10 May. The menu moves between savoury and sweet, including Arctic shrimp salad, scallop dumpling with Muoi Ot Xanh, and pink guava sorbet, with the dessert trolley brought through the room as part of the experience. A Moment in The Sky, Thoughtfully Made for Her On 10 May, Merdeka Grill will host its Mother’s Day Sunday Brunch, set against views of Kuala Lumpur. The menu follows a sequence of savoury and sweet courses, including Hamachi Crudo with pickled kohlrabi and horseradish cream, alongside a selection of seasonal dishes and desserts. Mothers will receive a gift of artisanal bath salts, along with a spa credit.
