CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy Unveiled their 2026 “Colours of Care, Days of Joy” Calendar

Art knows no boundaries and in neurodiversity, we recognize and embrace how neurodivergent individuals express their unique perspectives and talents through art. On 26th of November, I was at The Grey Box in GMBB for the launch of 2026 “Colours of Care, Days of Joy” calendar by CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy and Wellings Pharmacy, under BIG CARiNG Group.

The 2026 calendar features eight original artworks by neurodivergent siblings Zayn and Nafeesah, in collaboration with START Program which empowers expression among children with learning challenges through art

The calendar is a heartfelt collaboration with the START Program featuring original artworks by two neurodivergent young siblings, 13-year-old Zayn and 10-year-old Nafeesah, which serves as a tribute to the way neurodivergent children experience, express and interpret the world.

The 2026 calendar features 8 original artworks created by Zayn and Nafeesah each offering a sincere and imaginative interpretation of the world through the eyes of the two siblings. Their illustrations form the centre of the calendar’s theme, celebrating everyday moments, emotion and colour in ways that feel honest and expressive.

Wong Siew Lai, Chief Marketing Officer of BIG CARiNG Group

Wong Siew Lai, Chief Marketing Officer of BIG CARiNG Group said, “Every year, we are humbled by the talent and honesty these young artists bring to their work. Zayn and Nafeesah’s stories remind us that creativity isn’t just art — it’s communication, self-expression and confidence. Supporting their journeys is something we take to heart. By featuring their work, we hope more families and communities recognise the strengths within neurodivergence, and trust that platforms like this create space for voices that are often quiet.”

Zayn, who is autistic and high-functioning with ADHD, began drawing at the age of three. What started as simple sketches of buildings and hand-drawn maps soon grew into detailed illustrations that reflect his vivid, structured imagination. For him, each line drawn is a way to calm his busy mind and communicate how he experiences life from his own unique vantage point.

His sister, Nafeesah, who lives with dyslexia and ADHD, has always been drawn to bright colours and joyful imagery. Art has become her way to unwind after long days, with her pieces filled with whimsical buildings, playful scenes and “happy hues”, as her family describes them. Her illustrations carry her belief that life should be embraced with lightness and fun.

2026 “Colours of Care, Days of Joy” calendar

This 2026 calendar also marks the fifth initiative the three pharmacy brands have worked with neurodivergent young artists, following earlier initiatives including the 2022 LemmeLearn Calendar artwork, the 2023 LemmeLearn Christmas e-cash voucher graphics, the 2024 Raya e-cash voucher illustrated by Danial Kushairi, and the 2025 Raya Packets designs by ARTJAMILA. This reflects a long-term commitment to giving neurodivergent children platforms long-term commitment to harnessing creativity as a platform for inclusion, expression and community connection. These efforts are further strengthened through the collaboration with START Program this year.

Founded in 2022 in collaboration with AIMS Therapy Learning Centre, the START Program nurtures artistic abilities in children with learning challenges, especially those on the autism spectrum. The program focuses on helping children build confidence, develop communication through visual expression, and experience the joy of creating without limits.

Pn Rohani Ahmad, Founder and Program Director of START Program

Pn Rohani Ahmad, Founder and Program Director of START Program added, “Art gives many of the neurodivergent children we work with a voice. It’s a way for them to process feelings, find focus and share parts of themselves that words sometimes can’t capture. Collaborations like this uplift them, show their talent to the world, and affirm that their perspectives matter. We are grateful to CARiNG Pharmacy, Georgetown Pharmacy, and Wellings Pharmacy for continuing to support these young artists by giving their work a space to be celebrated.”
