Installation, Service and Extended Warranty
Installation is available as an optional add-on at RM349, carried out by PRISM+’s trusted partners to ensure safe and professional setup.To give customers added peace of mind, the Luna Ultra comes with a comprehensive standard warranty:
• 3 years on the Fan Coil Unit, including labour and transport
• 7 years on the Compressor only
Customers who service their air conditioners quarterly with PRISM+ are eligible for a full coverage warranty of up to 7 years.
