Drawing from Darwin Ng’s creative approach and Sun and Moon’s Head of Bar, Zax Lee’s refined sensibilities, the experience unfolds as a distinctive tapas style pairing that reflects both brands’ appreciation for nuance, craft and mindful innovation. Each tapa is paired with a Roku Gin serve designed to showcase the character of its six signature botanicals: Sakura flower, Sakura leaf, Yuzu peel, Sencha tea, Gyokuro tea and Sansho pepper. Together, these elements highlight Roku’s belief in honouring ingredients at their peak.
At the heart of the experience is the signature Roku Gin and Tonic with a Malaysian twist. Crystallised ginger adds a gentle spice and citrus lift, revealing Sakura leaf and Yuzu peel as the drink opens, bringing a refreshing balance of brightness and warmth. Familiar yet invigorating for daytime drinking, it embodies the Come Alive spirit with clarity and lightness.
Bringing excitement to the offering is a limited time menu of Roku Fizz creations, designed to spark creativity and elevate flavour without overpowering.
