Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest 2026 Now Open for Submissions

Martell is calling on Malaysia's DJ community to step into the spotlight as Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest returns for its 2026 edition. The nationwide competition remains true to its founding mission: giving aspiring and established local DJs a platform to challenge themselves, sharpen their craft, and perform on some of the country's most electrifying stages. With a total prize worth up to RM138,000, the winner will walk away with a cash prize of RM30,000, Alpha Theta products, a fully promoted Martell Noblige DJ Tour across Malaysia, a track release with an exclusive ‘Production Session DJ Course’ at DJ’s Playground, and more.

Submissions are open from 1 Aug, with rising talents from across Malaysia invited to submit their entries until 6 Sep 2026, and take their place among the country’s most promising music talents. The competition welcomes DJs at every stage of their journey, from self-taught newcomers building a following, to seasoned performers looking to break into bigger stages.

Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest has grown steadily since its first edition in 2023, drawing a strong wave of submissions last year and putting six finalists on the Martell Noblige Swift Festival mainstage, ultimately crowning DJ Novern as the champion of 2025 Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest, joining DJ Svggy and Exclusive Pete in its prestigious Hall of Fame.

This year, the competition introduces a new set of challenges, each built around a different demand: adaptability, musicality, collaborations and technical command. Pushing contenders into territory they can't plan for, designed to test their ability to be Shockingly Disruptive at every turn, while delivering an electrifying experience for audiences along the way.

Contenders will progress through three distinct stages, each designed to challenge a different edge of their craft and mastery. The journey begins with the Preliminary Rounds at the Martell Noblige Swift Nights, where DJs go head-to-head in front of real crowds.

Those who cut through the noise will move on to the Semi-Finals, a tighter, higher-pressure round that separates promising sets from truly standout ones. The journey culminates with the Grand Final happening at the Martell Noblige Swift Festival, where only a handful of DJs remain, each one battling not just for a title, but for recognition as one of the most fearless, original voices in Malaysia's DJ scene.

The competition continues its partnership with DJ’s Playground, returning as official mentors. This year, the partnership extends further into the entry process, with DJ’s Playground offering a free DJ Battle Course for the first 30 submissions to support aspiring talents in building their skills. Martell's continued investment in the platform reflects its broader commitment to nurturing homegrown creative talent, giving DJs a stage and a real pathway to build a lasting career in the industry.

"Martell Noblige Swift Talent Quest asks every DJ to do something they haven't done before," Liew Pooi Wan, Head of Marketing at Pernod Ricard Malaysia, shared. "Every challenge is built to push DJs across genres, out of their comfort zone, and into territory that's Shockingly Disruptive. This is where DJs stop following trends and start setting them, and where they Soar Beyond The Expected."

Step 1: Prepare a DJ set in a video format, not exceeding 90 seconds, that reflects your unique sound and musical identity.

Step 3: Fill out the official entry form at https://www.martell.com/en-my/talentquest/registration. Submissions are open from 1 Aug until 6 Sep 2026.

Step 4: Shortlisted DJs will be invited to perform live at the Preliminary Rounds during Martell Noblige Swift Nights. Those selected will be contacted by 30 Sep 2026 with all the details needed to prepare and show up strong.
