• Momoyama Peach Tea Cream Cheese Mooncake — Delicate Momoyama-style pastry which captures the refreshing aroma of peach tea and a smooth, creamy cheese filling to bring out a light texture with an elegant fragrance.

• Momoyama Toffee Caramel Mooncake — A refined Momoyama pastry artfully paired with the rich, indulgent flavour of toffee and mellow sweetness of caramel. Full-bodied yet balanced, it delivers a satisfying sweetness without being overly rich.

• Snowy Mango Boba Mooncake — Soft and chewy snow skin pastry oozing with tropical fragrance of mango, complemented by delightfully chewy boba pearls for a playful surprise in every bite.

The new collection also features a selection of popular Momoyama-style mooncakes, including classic favourites such as Chocolate Lava Mooncake and Matcha Red Bean Mochi Mooncake.
