Launch of the WeChatime 1 Million Cups Celebration

Last Friday, WeChat - a well known mobile social communication apps has announced their partnership with Chatime, currently the top lifestyle tea provider in Malaysia. This partnership which is also known as WeChatime, gives opportunity to WeChat users to redeem and purchase 1 million cups of Chatime worth over RM6 million through digital coupons made available via the WeChat apps by scanning the QR code provided.


The launch of the WeChatime 1 Million Cups Celebration took place at Chatime's 2 months old headquarters in Kota Damansara. The main objective of this partnership is to not only enhance the connectivity and interaction of WeChat users and reward them, but also to create a new trend of mobile engagement with its customer.


If you have the WeChat apps, just scan the QR code on the bunting which is provided in every Chatime outlets to add Chatime into your contact list and to redeem the promotion voucher.

The backdrop with the launch gambit screen attach to it. Chatime Malaysia has an "Official Account" on WeChat. Official accounts provide the platform for brands to interact with the customers. Through this account, WeChat Malaysia users and Chatime fans will be able to receive their latest updates and promotions. Customers are also allowed to share their opinions and queries through text, voice or video messages.
