Restoran Ban Lee Siang Satay Celup in Melaka (Food Review)

***Unrelated: Today I went to 3 events straight, from Midvalley to KL Live, I was there to catch the DCIM Expo fair, Korean Wave dance show & R16 Korea breakdancing with Alvin, Nicholas (and friends), Krazy & Baboon Tan. I reach home at 11pm and felt like a flat tyre...

Yo!
This is the 2nd post about my Malacca trip with bloggers & friends. After the BIG disappointment of having our late lunch with the durian cendol & laksa baba at Jonker88 (slightly overrated), we went to Restoran Ban Lee Siang for an early dinner cause we know that the place will be pack starting at 5pm onward. We also had mille crepe at Nadeje before the late lunch... all this will be posted out when I have more time ya.

Thanks to Algin for coming and driving us around. It was 7 of us in his Toyota Corolla... seriously! Thank God there were no traffic police to be aware of in Malacca compared to KL or KK.
We reach the satay celup place roughly about 5.30pm and almost half of the restaurant was packed and so we moved to the back and we managed to be the 1st badge at the back of the restaurant.

We were really hot at that time and so everyone of us ordered Pepsi/Coke Cola except for Siew Ching who ordered 'liang cha'. Thanks to Algin and Alvin for being gentlemen to bring the food sticks to us while I busy looking after the cameras... haha!

I think the wantan & yue tiaw were finish by us but only Algin ate the one of the vege.

The mushroom, fishcake & crab meatball.

Seafood!!! Prawn is the most 'laku' one!

The Malacca trip troopers! Where am I? I was behind the camera lor....

One of my favorite seafood, cockles, 'kerang' or 'si ham'.
Drooling now? Hoho!

This restaurant actually offers more seats and tables to customers and I really didn't see any line of queue after we finish eating unlike Capitol Satay Celup. The price also cheaper but one good thing about Capitol is that they have a very big fresh prawns. For those who prefer heavy taste for the satay sauce can go for Capitol but I prefer mild taste so I'm giving a good rating for Ban Lee Siang!

I'm so gonna visit this restaurant again the next time for satay celup!
